	- New variables to make use in debian/rules: DATADIR, DOCDIR. Cabal uses $prefix/pandoc-$VERSION/doc for the documentation files, where as the Debian package uses $prefix/doc/pandoc. 	in ugly ways. + Now, we have 'install-program' and 'install-all' targets.
