Added `--strip-comments` option, `readerStripComments` in `ReaderOptions`.
* Options: Added readerStripComments to ReaderOptions.
* Added `--strip-comments` command-line option.
* Made `htmlTag` from the HTML reader sensitive to this feature.
This affects Markdown and Textile input.
Closes #2552.
