Text.Pandoc.PDF: Fix `changePathSeparators` for Windows.
Previously a path beginning with a drive, like
`C:\foo\bar`, was translated to `C:\/foo/bar`, which
caused problems.
With this fix, the backslashes are removed.
Closes #6173.
