LaTeX reader: `inlineCommand` now gobbles an empty `{}` after any command.

This gives better results when people write e.g. `\TeX{}` in Markdown.

    \TeX{} and \LaTeX{}

now works as expected with `pandoc -f markdown -t latex`.

Closes #2687.
