Markdown reader: Parse bracketed text in inline footnotes. Previously,

"test^[my [note] contains brackets]" would yield a note with contents
"my [note". Now it yields a note with contents "my [note] contains
brackets".  New function: inlinesInBrackets.

Resolves Issue 14.
