Biblio: Override citeproc-hs's endWithPunct.
The new version correctly sees a sentence ending in '.)' as ending
with punctuation. This fixes a bug which led such sentences to receive
an extra period at the end: '.).'. Thanks to Steve Petersen for
reporting.
