* cabalize: fix cabal version detection by using a bloody hack.
* Makefile:
+ Make 'uninstall-all' depends on 'uninstall-exec'.
+ Make the default target 'all' depends on $(BINS). Now, invoking
a plain 'make' builds and creates pandoc in the top directory.
