Don't print a line break between a footnote and immediately following nonspace

in LaTeX and ConTeXt output, as it is interpreted as a space.
This is problematic for cases like "text^[note]---".
Modified wrappedTeX (in Text.Pandoc.Shared).  Resolves Issue #93.
