Template improvements (Andrew Dunning).
- Added `keywords` to HTML templates and fixed alignment.
- Updated dzslides template from source.
- Added `lang`, `dir`, `quotes` to HTML templates;
always make author and date display conditional.
- Fixed `author` and `date` in asciidoc; added `keywords`, `abstract`.
- Updated tests.
