data/pandoc.lua: re-export all bundled modules

All Lua modules bundled with pandoc, i.e., `pandoc.List`,
`pandoc.mediabag`, `pandoc.utils`, and `text` are re-exported from the
`pandoc` module. They are assigned to the fields `List`, `mediabag`,
`utils`, and `text`, respectively.
