Added --jsmath option.
- Added --jsmath option to Main.hs
- Added JsMath to HTMLMathMethod in Text.Pandoc.Shared.
- Handle math appropriately in HTML writer when JsMath selected.
- Documented the option in README and man page.
Resolves Issue #68.
