Simplify stack.yaml after cabal file changes.
We don't need so many local ghc options now that they're
specified in pandoc.cabal.
I've kept `-fhide-source-paths` (in case we move this out
of pandoc.cabal) and `-Wno-missing-home-modules` (which seems
to be needed for `stack ghci` to work).
