Fix AW/221
* algebra/catdef.spad.pamphlet (OrderedAbelianSemiGroup): Now a
join of OrderedSet and AbelianSemiGroup.
* algebra/integer.spad.pamphlet (PositiveInteger): Now belongs to
both OrderedAbelianSemiGroup and Monoid. Update cached Lisp
translation.
* shared/algebra: Update databases.
