* configure.ac.pamphlet: Tidy. Don't instantiate src/lisp/core.lisp.
* configure.ac: Regenerate.
* configure: Likewise.
* config/var-def.mk (open_axiom_installdir): New.
(AXIOM): Support versioning.
* Makefile.pamphlet (install): Tidy.
Remove sections on SPAD and SYS variables.
