* boot/ast.boot (%DefaultValue): New %Ast node.
(bfParameterList): New.
(bfInsertLet): Use it.
(bfInsertLet1): Handle parameter with default values.
* boot/parser.boot (bpRegularBVItemTail): Split from bpRegularBVItem.
(bpRegularBVItem): Tidy.
