* interp/sys-utility.boot (getVMType): IndexList are lists.
* interp/g-util.boot (isSubDomain): Tidy.
* interp/g-opt.boot (isVMConstantForm): New.

* interp/define.boot (insertViewMorphisms): Remove.
(emitSubdomainInfo): New.
