* config/open-axiom.m4 (OPENAXIOM_CPPFLAGS_FOR_VENDOR_LOCK_INS):
New. Abstract over vendor lock-ins CPP flags. (OPENAXIOM_CHECK_MM): Check for file mapping capability.
