* interp/define.boot (substNames): Lose second parameter. Adjust
callsers.
(evalAndSub): Likewise.
(augModmapsFromCategory): Likewise.
(genDomainView): Likewise.
(augModemapsFromCategoryRep): Remove as deadcode.
(genDomainOps): Lose first parameter. Adjust callers.
