* interp/spad-parser.boot (parseSpadFile): Use $lineStack not
BOOT-LINE-STACK. Use try/finally to ensure streams are closed.
* interp/spad.lisp (New,ENTRY,2): Use parseNewExpr.
* interp/util.lisp (string2SpadTree): Likewise.
