* interp/sys-os.boot (readFromFileHandle): New.

(openLocalClientStreamSocket): Likewise
(oa_filedesc_read): Likewise.

(oa_filedesc_close): Likewise.
* include/sockio.h (oa_open_local_client_stream_socket): Declare.
* lib/sockio-c.c (oa_open_local_client_stream_socket): Define.
