* utils/Makefile.in ($(oa_target_oalib)): Create contaning
directory if necessary.
* utils/storage.H (Memory::Factory): New. Allocate, construct,
and destroy objects.
* utils/sexpr.H (Sexpr::Allocator): Use Memory::Factory.
* utils/sexpr.cc: Adjust implementation.
