Add compiler support for implicit parameters.
* interp/compiler.boot (bindPredicateExistentials): Rename from
constructorCondition. Now return a substitution on success,
otherwise failure.
(solveEquation): New.
(solveSubsumption): Likewise.
(deduceImplicitParameters): Likewise.
(evaluateConstructorModemap): Use it. Tidy.
