* interp/sys-macros.lisp (makeSimpleArrayFromList): New.
* algebra/array1.spad.pamphlet (construct$PrimitiveArray): Implement.
(copy$PrimitiveArray): Likewise.
(IndexedOneDimensionalArray): Rework. Explicitly use
PrimitiveArray(S) as representation domain.
