* config/open-axiom.m4 (OPENAXIOM_REJECT_ROTTED_LISP): Tidy.
(OPENAXIOM_CHECK_GCL_INCLUSION): Likewise.
(OPENAXIOM_LISP_FLAVOR): Likewise.
(OPENAXIOM_HOST_COMPILERS): Likewise.
(OPENAXIOM_PROG_LISP): Honor --enable-gcl properly.
* Makefile.pamphlet (all-src): Rename axiom_all_prerequisites to
oa_all_prerequisites.
