Subject: When parsing raw LaTeX commands, include trailing space.

Otherwise things like `\noindent foo` break and turn into
`\noindentfoo`.

Affects `-f latex+raw_tex` and `-f markdown` (and other formats
that allow `raw_tex`).

Closes #1773.
