Subject: Fix hlint suggestions, update hlint.yaml (#6680)

* Fix hlint suggestions, update hlint.yaml

Most suggestions were redundant brackets. Some required
LambdaCase.

The .hlint.yaml file had a small typo, and didn't ignore camelCase
suggestions in certain modules.
