html2markdown is no longer needed, since you can pass URI arguments to pandoc and directly convert web pages. This allows the user to customized the styles used in pandoc-generated ODTs. The user may also put a default reference.odt in the ~/.pandoc directory. If --xetex is specified, pandoc produces latex suitable for processing by xelatex, and markdown2pdf uses xelatex to create the PDF. Resolves Issue #185. This involves a change to the Element data structure, including a section number as well as an id and title for each section. Section numbers are lists of integers; this should allow different numbering schemes to be used in the future. Currently [1,2,3] -> 1.2.3. * Markdown reader: simple tables are now given column widths of 0. * Column width of 0 is interpreted as meaning: use default column width. * Writers now include explicit column width information only for multiline tables. (Exception: RTF writer, which requires column widths. Resolves Issue #47. + Added a DisplayMath/InlineMath selector to Math inlines. + Markdown parser yields DisplayMath for $$...$$. + LaTeX parser yields DisplayMath when appropriate. Removed mathBlock parsers, since the same effect is achieved by the math inline parsers, now that they handle display math. + Writers handle DisplayMath as appropriate for the format. + Changed -m option to use LaTeXMathML rather than ASCIIMathML.
