(\opnr, \clnr): Increment/decrement \parencount, for
* texinfo.tex (\opnr, \clnr): Increment/decrement \parencount, for @defun lines with nested parens. From Bill Schelter <wfs@fireant.ma.utexas.edu>. (\itemizeitem): Correct \errmessage.
