Subject: 	* Makefile.pamphlet (depsys_lisp_macro_sources): Remove 
 bootfuns.lisp from the list. 	(OBJS): Likewise. 
 (AXIOMsys_noncompiled_lisp_sources): Likewise. 	(${DEPSYS}): Don't
 depend on bootfuns.  Don't load it. 	(bootfuns.$(FASLEXT)): Remove. 	*
 Makefile.in: Regenerate. 	* setq.lisp.pamphlet: Move to
 sys-globals.boot. 	* bootfuns.lisp.pamphlet: Remove.
