* interp/nruncomp.boot (NRTaddInner): Use the dual signature.
* interp/lisplib.boot (writeDualSignature): New.
(finalizeLisplib): Likewise.
* interp/define.boot (compDefineCategory2): Compute dual signature.
(compDefineFunctor1): Likewise.
* interp/daase.lisp (LOCALNRLIB): Juts read dual signature info;
don't compute it.
