* algebra/Makefile.in: Support construction initial DB profile.
* interp/database.boot (printInitdbInfo): New.
(printAllInitdbInfo): Likewise.
* interp/sys-driver.boot (initializeDatabases): Exit early if
constructing initial DB profile.
(buildInitdbHandler): New. Handle --build-initdb.
* utils/command.cc (driver_table): Add map for --build-initdb.
