Discontinue computation of difference between "old" and "new" Boot.
* boot/ast.boot (bfGetOldBootName): Remove.
(bfSameMeaning): Likewise.
(bfReName): Don't compute the diff between old and new Boot.
* boot/translator.boot ($translatingOldBoot): Remove.
(AxiomCore::%sysInit): Don't set it.
