* interp/nrunfast.boot (evalSlotDomain): Expand to VM forms before
value argument evaluation.
(lazyMatch): Check for %llength too.
* interp/g-opt.boot ($VMsideEffectFreeOperators): Include %2bit
and %2bool.
* interp/g-util.boot: Expand them.
