Lisp compilation models.
(core.$(FASLEXT)): Tidy.
* core.lisp.in (|getOutputPathname|): Make unary.
(|link|): Make sure object files are used to construct ECL
programs.
(|makeHandler|): Adjust.
(|compileLispFile|): Likewise.
