Lisps to build OpenAxiom: SBCL, GCL, CLisp, ECL, CCL

SBCL is preferable, then GCL, then CLisp and so on.
On archs where SBCL is unavailable, GCL should be used.

To build with GCL libncurses-dev and libreadline-dev are required.
